As Strategy and Pricing Marketing Manager you are part of the Product & Marketing Department. You have the following responsibilities:
Marketing intelligence (10%):
- Capture regularly marketing insights on clients and competitions
Market Management - Contribute to the Marketing strategic Plan (35%):
- Key stakeholders: sales, product manager, ExCom, finance
- Conformity with the IRISnet market3 on marketing level
- Financial Model (Revenue and Marginal Cost) per line of services
- Consolidate positioning assumptions with different stakeholders (market needs, market potentials, alternatives, usp, esp)
- Consolidate commercial hypothesis supporting forecast
- Consolidate roadmap with different stakeholders
- Produce quarterly update of these assumptions and hypothesis
- Output: XL model and Slideware with Marketing Strategy
Go to Market (55%):
- Define and maintain the pricing of the product with support of the Product Manager
- Develop, maintain and follow-up of a launch matrix guaranteeing the quality and conformity of all launches.
- Ensure that all product/services are properly supported (knowledge, FAQ, ...) and that all commercial stakeholders are trained
- In collaboration with the MarkCom Manager, create, deploy marketing campaigns (launch of new product/service, acquisition and/or retention campaign) requiring marketing support
The ideal candidate has the following profile:
- Minimum experience of 5 as strategy & pricing marketing management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop recommendations based on product, customer, and market data.
- Ability to bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Ability to formulate a product/brand strategic plan
- Ability to formulate and execute a go to market plan
- Expert in Excel
- Strong skills in stakeholder management
- Think conceptually and strategically is part of your DNA
- Knowledge in ICT products and managed services is a plus
- Notions of telecommunications product management, services management, customer journey management, project management
- Excellence in customer focus / unrivalled customer drive
- Familiarity and ease of communication in highly technical and (not highly technical) environments
- Computer literate – MS Office – MS Project
- Bilingual FR-NL mandatory - EN is a plus
